HiPP Smoothies win organic awards!

Soil Asscociaton WinnerHaving proudly borne the Soil Association Certification for over a decade,  HiPP Organic is delighted to now be able to also proudly bear the Soil Association’s Organic Food Award for Best Baby, Infant & Children’s food. HiPP Organic’s NEW Apple and Raspberry Smoothie has been presented with this prestigious award, which acts as a ‘benchmark of excellence’ for the organic food industry. The awards, which are set to be revealed just days before Organic Fortnight (6th-21st September), will help bring organic food to the forefront of consumers’ minds.

The new Smoothies are also available in Apple and Banana variety which received the Highly Commended Award from the Soil Association – another huge accolade for the leading baby food manufacturer. The range of HiPP Organic Smoothies is made purely from organic fruit and a serving of Smoothie provides one portion of a child’s “5-a-day”.

HiPP Smoothie HiPP Smoothies

These mouth-watering new Smoothies are packed full of the finest fruit juices and fruit purees and are without added sugars, sweeteners and preservatives. Tasty AND nutritious!

HiPP Organic’s resident nutritionist, Helen Gardiner comments “Fruit smoothies are an easy and tasty way for toddlers to enjoy fruits. Fruits are packed with valuable nutrients, particularly vitamin C and potassium, which are needed for good health.” Even the packaging is environmentally friendly; made up of 50% recycled glass and produced 100% carbon and climate neutrally.

HiPP Organic understands that an organic diet is beneficial to the development of babies and toddlers as their systems are more vulnerable to the effects of unwanted chemicals often found in non-organic foods. Organic food also contains higher levels of vitamin C and essential minerals which can help active babies and toddlers fulfill their daily nutritional requirements during this key developmental stage.
