About pig farming

Pigs are naturally very curious and have a highly developed sense of smell. This is why they always need enough straw, lots of space and access to the outdoors. Because only then can they behave naturally. For example, they love to root and look for food in the straw as well as sleep for long periods. All barns are also separated into different areas, for eating, sleeping and for activities. Being omnivores, our pigs also like to eat roughage (e.g. hay) as well as their HiPP certified organic mixed fodder.
