Pakistan

Pakistan is a South Asian country that lies to the north-west of India. High mountains dominate the north of Pakistan, as this is where the Himalayas, the Karakoram and the Hindu Kush meet. The lowlands in the east with all its rivers, however, constitute the largest part of the country. In general, Pakistan’s climate is rather continental. However, due to the differences in altitude and the size of the country, there are some significant differences. Pakistan is mainly dry and therefore only sparsely vegetated. Nonetheless, Pakistan offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of HiPP’s organic rice.
