Muffins - 12 months onwards
Ingredients
makes 6 muffins:
- 60g any HiPP Organic porridge
- 60g plain flour
- 50ml water
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 25g butter, melted
- (optional) grated apple/raisins/grated carrot
Method
- Heat oven to 160oC and line a muffin tray with 6/7 paper muffin cases
- Mix the egg, water and butter together.
- Then add the porridge, plain flour and baking powder, mix until smooth
- Add the filling of your choice to the mixture
- Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean
- Break into small pieces that your baby can manage & check temperature before feeding
