Sweet Squash and Chicken Omelette

We've teamed up with @mealtimewithmummy to bring you some delicious weaning recipes. Keep reading to find out how to make these sweet squash and chicken omelette, suitable for little one's aged 6 months+.
Ingredients
- 3 tsp HiPP Organic Sweet Squash & Chicken
- 1 free range egg
- 10g grated cheddar cheese
- A pinch of fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, cheese, basil and the HiPP Organic Sweet Squash & Chicken
- Heat the oil in a small frying pan on a medium heat, then pour in the omelette mixture
- Fry the omelette for approximately 2 minutes until it has almost set, then use a spatula to flip it then fry for another minute on the other side
- Remove from the pan and allow to cool before slicing the omelette into rectangular soldier shapes
